Georgetown police arrest murder suspect from Ohio

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Officers with the Georgetown Police Department took a murder suspect from Ohio into custody Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the arrest happened around 12:40 p.m. on Outlet Center Drive in Georgetown.

They say they received information a suspect wanted for a homicide out of Columbus, Ohio was traveling south on I-75 and had possibly turned off onto the 126 exit.

Police say an officer spotted the suspect’s vehicle a short time later on Outlet Center Drive.

They say the suspect, Deshon Sallee, was taken into custody without incident.
