UPDATE: Firefighters battle flames in Scott County
UPDATE: The fire was contained by crews around 2:30 in the afternoon, after they battled flames for nearly three hours.
According to Scott County fire officials, firefighters learned the building was condemned en-route to the scene, where they were met with heavy fire in the front porch area of the house.
Crews from Georgetown and Lexington fire departments were on hand to assist, as well as Georgetown and Scott County EMS.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are looking into what caused the fire.

SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. — The Scott County Fire Department is currently on the scene of an active structure fire in the 800 block of Lisle Road.
Authorities are urging residents to avoid the area to allow emergency personnel to manage the situation safely and efficiently.
