Tre Mitchell reaches an agreement with Oklahoma City Thunder on a Summer League Deal

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – The Pittsburgh native went undrafted in the 2024 draft, but then late Thursday night reached an agreement with the Oklahoma City Thunder on a Summer League deal, according to Jack Pilgrim of KSR.

Tre Mitchell played for four colleges before deciding to finish his college career as a Wildcat. He played his freshman and sophomore year at the University of Massachusetts, his Junior season at Texas, and his Senior year at West Virginia. He then came to UK for his graduate season.

Mitchell was fourth on the team in scoring, averaging 10.7 points per game, while leading the team in rebounding with 194 total rebounds (7.2 per game).

Had a career-high 71 assists on the season and was third on the team with 26 blocked shots.
