Missing Franklin County man located

UPDATE 12:48 p.m.: Deputies say Billy Caudle has been located.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Officials in Franklin County are asking for the public’s help finding a 76-year-old man.

According to deputies, Billy Wayne Caudle was last seen Thursday morning.

They say he is 5’9, has hazel eyes and weights 180 lbs.

He drives a 2008 burgundy Toyota van with a Ky license plate number 498-HTK, according to officials.

They say Caudle lives in Frankfort but has family in the Louisville area.
