KSP, police looking for possibly armed, dangerous suspect
UPDATE: ABC36 News Now has learned U.S. Marshals have identified the suspect as 43-year-old Nathan Ginter, who is wanted on warrants out of South Carolina.
The USMS says Ginter is wanted for Failure to Appear and Unlawful Conduct toward a Child.
According to Ginter’s wanted poster, Ginter is accused of torturing his young child by means of water boarding and using a taser. The case outline also says Gilter did not show up for his trial, and was found guilty (which is allowed under South Carolina law). He was last seen in the Cynthiana, Kentucky area.

LEESBURG, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky State Police (KSP) is actively searching for an individual who fled from police and is believed to be armed and dangerous. The incident is unfolding near the community of Leesburg, affecting residents in Scott, Harrison, and Bourbon counties.
Police efforts are currently concentrated on Stonewall Lane in Leesburg as they attempt to locate the suspect.
