How would you spend the Mega Millions jackpot?

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – It’s Nick Davis’ first time buying a lottery ticket.

“I don’t want to have to work, so if I win a billion dollars, that should secure me,” said Davis.

While he’d take his billion and retire, Richard Yates is thinking big business.

“I’d buy a McDonald’s. If I had that much money, I’d buy my own McDonald’s,” said Yates.

Jonathan Stewart doesn’t play the lottery often. However, when the jackpot hit $1 billion, the largest in the game’s history, he started thinking about a Kentucky themed spending spree.

“We’re Kentucky, so probably some horses and some bourbon,” Stewart said when asked what he’d spend the money on.
