D-Day Honor Flight at Bowman Field in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – In Louisville, Honor Flight Bluegrass is actively looking for World War II (WWII) veterans to participate in a special event. The organization needs a few more WWII veterans to board a B-25 bomber on Thursday, June 6, commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Invasion of Normandy.
