Student and Bus Driver Unharmed After Pickup Truck Crashes into Bus in Magoffin County

MAGOFFIN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – One student and a bus driver are okay after a pickup truck crashed into their bus earlier Wednesday in Magoffin County.

The Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office reported they were called around 8:30 in the morning when a pickup truck crossed the center line and hit the bus.

EMS workers checked the student and bus driver on the scene, and they were released without injuries. However, the driver of the pickup truck was airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
