Suspect accused of murdering father and uncle due in court Wednesday

UPDATE: Wednesday, the judge set a preliminary hearing for Brandon Mullins on June 5th, when he’s expected back in court.

Mullins remains in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $1 million cash bond.

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The suspect accused of murdering his father and uncle over the weekend is due in court Wednesday in Pulaski County for an arraignment.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Mullins is accused of shooting and killing his father and uncle on Sandidge Spur Road in Eubank on Saturday.

Deputies reported that Mullins was arrested on Sunday.
