Coroner releases name of Mercer County woman who died when tree fell on house

MERCER COUNTY, Ky.  (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – One of the individuals who died in the storms Monday has been identified.

The Mercer County Coroner has confirmed that 67-year-old Julie Sterling from Mercer County was killed when a tree fell onto her bed early Monday morning.

Four other people statewide were also killed during the storms Monday. Updates on their identities have not yet been released.
