Carrollton man dead after crash on highway

CARROLL CO., Ky. (ABC 36 NEWSNOW) — Officials say 54-year-old Marcos Corchado Castaneda of Carrollton was pronounced dead by the Carroll County Coroner following a crash on Kentucky Highway 36 near U.S. Highway 42 at 3:43 p.m.

According to police, Castaneda was travelling east when his vehicle exited off the shoulder of the roadway and overturned multiple times.

KSP Post 5 responded to the scene, along with Carroll County fire, Carroll County EMS, and the Carroll County Coroner.
