Former Russell Elementary School Reopens As Community Services Center
Almost a decade after it shut its doors, the former Russell Elementary School is celebrating a revival today.
The historic school has been completely reinvented as a community services center and state and local dignitaries gathered today for the ribbon cutting.
The center will include programs for child and family development, help with getting jobs, and housing for seniors.
