Clark Co. man charged with child sexual exploitation offenses

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) — State Police say they have arrested a man on charges related to the distribution of matter portraying sexual performances by a minor.

KSP says 40-year-old Allen Martin was arrested as the result of an undercover investigation. They say the investigation began after discovering the suspect distributed files of child sexual exploitation online.

Investigators say the investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Winchester on October 16, 2018.

Martin is currently charged with three counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor. Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. He was lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.
