Lexington councilwomen back in court in Lexington

Lexington, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Councilwoman Tanya Fogle is expected to make a court appearance today for a pre-trial conference regarding charges of criminal trespassing at an AT&T store in March.

Scheduled for this morning, the pre-trial conference stems from an incident where Fogle was accused of criminally trespassing at an AT&T store. Fogle has consistently maintained her innocence, asserting that she was compliant with police directives but was apprehended upon leaving the store.

Fogle faces charges of criminal trespassing, menacing, and resisting arrest in connection with the incident.

Her court appearance is slated for 10:00 a.m.
