UK Mens Tennis wins back-to-back SEC titles

BATON ROUGE, La. (WTVQ) — No.1 seed Kentucky Men’s Tennis defended their SEC title Sunday afternoon against No. 11 South Carolina. This is the Wildcats’ third SEC title in program history.

Charlelie Cosnet was the MVP of the tournament, as he was the only Wildcat to go 3-0 in singles play on the week.

With the win, Kentucky becomes the tenth team to go undefeated in the SEC during the regular season and win the SEC tournament in the same year.

Next up, Kentucky will await their selection in the NCAA Tournament selection show Monday, April 29.
