Keeneland to celebrate Oaks and Derby
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – If you don’t want to deal with traffic or paying for expensive tickets for the biggest event of the year, there’s a cheaper option locally.
Keeneland is celebrating the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby Friday and Saturday.
All the races from Oaks Day will be streamed from inside the arena as the Party in the Paddock starts at 4 pm. Those who come can still wager on all the races.
The fun continues Saturday for the Kentucky Derby. That race will also be streamed inside the arena.
Gates open at 9 am. Admission is free Friday and $5 Saturday. Parking is free both days.
