Man Charged With Exposing Himself On UK’s Campus

An Owensboro man will appear in court Monday after he was arrested for indecent exposure on University of Kentucky’s campus.

Court documents said officers arrested Joseph Lykins, 24, after a woman told them a man matching his description was laying on the sidewalk next to a university parking lot touching himself.

The paperwork said Lykins initially denied the accusation, but then told police he didn’t think he did anything wrong since he was in a public place.
