KSP: Man accused of child sexual exploitation

LILY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Whitley County man is being held in the Detention Center there on charges related to a child sexual abuse material investigation.

That’s according to The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch.

35-year old Mark  Weston McFadden is charged with several counts of possessing sexually explicit images of minors, after the KSP investigation discovered he allegedly uploaded the images to a social media account.

If convicted, McFadden faces one to five years in prison on one count, and five to ten years on three other charges.
