One dead after accident involving train in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police say one person is dead following an accident involving a train.

They say it happened around 5:30 a.m. on the train tracks near Rosemont Garden at Edison Drive.

Police say a man was on the tracks when he was hit by a train.

The coroner is working to identify the victim.
