Elderly woman pinned under her car in critical condition

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)- An elderly Nicholasville woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition after getting run over by her own car.

Police say it happened around 11:30 Saturday morning on Kevin Drive near RL Corman.

Officers think the septuagenarian was backing out of her driveway when she got out of the car without putting it in park.

According to police, officers found her stuck under her car.

They say her injuries are life-threatening.
