Names released of 4 victims of deadly Casey Co. house fire

CASEY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) — The names of the four victims of the deadly Casey County house fire were released Friday afternoon.

Ariel Gordon, 29, Thomas Moss, 39, and two children died in the fire that started around 4:30 p.m. yesterday.

The house was located in Bethelridge.

According to Kentucky State Police, numerous area fire departments responded to the scene, including Casey, Lincoln and Pulaski counties.

Gordon, Moss and the two children’s bodies were sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for autopsies.

The cause of the fire and the deaths of those involved is still under investigation.
