Jessamine County Sheriff: wanted suspects arrested

LEXINGTON, Ky (WTVQ)- Two suspects wanted by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office have been arrested.

Derick Drury and Heather Shelton were arrested in Lexington Wednesday by the Lexington Police, US Marshal Task Force, and The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.

39 year-old Derrick Drury of Nicholasville was wanted on a warrant of escape.

He left his assigned program at Dismiss Charities in Jefferson County on March 27, 2018.

He was serving time for burglary (3rd degree), theft by extortion, burglary (2nd degree), receiving stolen property, and two counts of theft by unlawful taking.

34 year-old Heather Shelton of Nicholasville was wanted on a warrant for burglary (3rd degree) and theft by unlawful taking of over $500.
