Food Network sensation, Louisville native Darnell ‘SuperChef’ Ferguson arrested on burglary, other charges
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) — A popular Louisville chef turned Food Network star was arrested on multiple charges Tuesday afternoon.
Darnell “SuperChef” Ferguson is facing charges of burglary, strangulation and terroristic threatening.
According to ABC affiliate WHAS, details regarding what led up to Ferguson’s arrest are unclear, however, court records show an emergency protection order was entered on Jan. 2 and granted.
Ferguson had been featured on The Food Network. The second season of “SuperChef: Grudge Match” began airing in late December. He shares recipes and videos frequently on the network’s social media platforms.
