Arrest made in violent robbery from March

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington Police have arrested Jonathan Coffey, who is accused of robbery after beating a man and stealing out of his own home.

Police say Coffey went to a man’s home, demanding money he was owed.

When he did not get it, he beat up the victim and stole a safe and medications.

He is expected in court today.
