A missing man’s body is found in Knox County

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)-State police have confirmed a body found in Knox County is that of a man missing from Bell County.

According to troopers, kayakers on the Cumberland River found 42-year-old Johnny Carnes body Thursday night.

Carnes has been missing from Pineville since early February.

State police say it seems Carnes drowned; they don’t suspect foul play.
