Police: Lexington Walgreens robbed, employee injured
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — A Lexington Walgreens was robbed Friday morning and an employee was injured during the incident.
Around 8:15 a.m., a male suspect robbed the Walgreens at 2700 Richmond Road, according to Lexington police.
A weapon was not involved, however, an employee has minor injuries resulting from the robbery.
An unknown amount of money was taken during the incident.
