Signage change scheduled for US 60/Versailles Road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, says changes are scheduled for overhead panel signage in Lexington. The changes are necessary for roadway improvement operations.
Wednesday, April 11 – 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
US 60/Versailles Road – Westbound
- alternating lane closures will be in place for the panel sign removal procedures
o this location is at milepoint 4.9
Wednesday, April 11 – 9 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight)
US 60/Versailles Road – Westbound
- 9 p.m. until 10 p.m. – lane closures will be in effect for the placement of truss removal equipment
o this location is at milepoint 4.9
- 10 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight) – intermittent full road closures will be in effect for the removal of the sign truss
o this location is at milepoint 4.9
All work is scheduled on a tentative basis and is subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
