West Louisville Man Arrested For Possession of a Firearm by Felon

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WTVQ)- Troopers respond to a complaint and end up arresting a man for possessing firearms.

Kentucky State Police responded to the 8400 block of KY 456 in West Louisville on Monday to investigate a complaint regarding the unauthorized used of a vehicle.

While troopers were at a residence talking to the complainant, the driver of the vehicle in question returned.

He was identified as 36 year-old Jacob A. Haley of West Louisville.

During the investigation, troopers found several firearms inside the house where Haley resides and learned that he is a convicted felon.

Haley was charged with Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

He was transported and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
