Billboard worker in Elizabethtown dies after falling

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A billboard worker in Elizabethtown died Friday after falling about 40 feet.

Police say he was updating a sign on North Dixie Avenue in the afternoon when he fell.

Officers found him dead when they arrived.

They say a coworker told them the billboard worker just suddenly fell.
