Teen shot near Lexington Cemetery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)-Lexington police are looking for two teens after a third teenager was sent to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Lexington police say around 4 PM Sunday officers were sent to Whitney Avenue near the Lexington Cemetery where they found the teen who had been shot.

He was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

Witnesses told police two other teens who could have been involved ran away from the area.

One was described as shorter and wearing all blue.

The other was taller with a white shirt.
