LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – There is a new CDC report on binge drinking.
In the report Kentucky ranks high among states with binge drinkers.In 2015, the CDC says Americans binge drank more than 17 billion beverages.
In the report, binge drinking is defined as drinking five or more beverages for men and four or more for women, in two hours.
Kentucky, Arkansas, Hawaii, and Mississippi ranked highest for most alcohol consumed while binge drinking.
new York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C. and Washington State had the least.
