Kentucky State Police Employee receives recognition
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)-Certified driver test administrator Chasity Perry has been named Outstanding Examiner of the Year by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators.
Perry is a 12-year veteran of the Kentucky State Police.
Perry joined the Driver Testing Branch in 2005 and conducts Security Threat Assessments for commercial drivers wishing to obtain and/or maintain their HAZMAT endorsement.
In this role, Perry is responsible for 30 counties in the western part of the state.
The AAMVA says this year’s recipient was chosen for her integrity and unwavering commitment to her job, co-workers and customers.
Captain Chris Steward says Perry constantly goes above and beyond what is required of her and is deserving of this award.
Perry will receive her award at the 2018 AAMVA Annual International Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 21-23, 2018.
