Harlan County man charged with rape, child porn

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A raid on a Harlan County man’s home leads to more charges against him.

Kentucky State Police say 35-year-old Brandon M. Farley was arrested back on March 1 after a complaint that he was having an inappropriate relationship with a minor.

Investigators say his home was searched and equipment was seized and taken for examination.

He was charged with sodomy.

On Wednesday, State Police say Farley’s home was searched again and he is now facing additional charges of rape and child pornography.
