Family frantically searching for missing Richmond man

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Family and friends are looking for a man who’s been missing for more than a week.

28-year-old Justin Blizzard was reportedly last seen on February 2nd in Richmond where he was living with his grandmother at the time.

His family says he was supposed to be moving to Cincinnati from Lexington to start a new job, but never showed up to get his U-haul.

No one has seen or heard from him since.

If anyone has any information on Blizzard’s whereabouts or have seen his car, they are asked to call police.
