Police: Car salesman stole vehicles, traded for drugs
LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – A salesman at a car dealership in Lawrenceburg is accused of stealing vehicles and selling them for drugs.
The Lawrenceburg Police Department says officers took several stolen vehicle reports from Chrysler of Lawrenceburg.
Police say the stolen vehicles ranged in value from $30,000 to $70,000.
Their investigation led to the arrest of Wesley S. Bradshaw.
According to police, witnesses told them Bradshaw was trading the stolen vehicles for narcotics.
Bradshaw is being charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking.
Police say he is expected to face more charges.
