Blue Grass Airport named Best Places to Work in Ky award winner

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Blue Grass Airport has been selected as one of the recipients of the 14th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky award.

This award is given by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.

A release from the airport says the selection process for the award, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

“It is a privilege for the airport to be recognized for this award,” says Eric Frankl, executive director of the airport. “Our staff strives to serve our passengers with exceptional service every day, and we focus on developing a culture that respects and appreciates our staff so they can excel.”

The winner rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on Tuesday, April 17th at Heritage Hall in the Lexington Convention Center.
