Frankin Co. garbage collection schedule behind due to weather

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Franklin County Fiscal Court released a statement saying their garbage collection schedule is behind due to this week’s winter weather.

They say crews were not able to run their normal routes Monday, January 15th and Tuesday, January 16th.

The residents who were missed will have their garbage collected next week on their regularly scheduled days (Monday, January 22nd and Tuesday, January 23rd), says the court.

Officials are asking that residents put any extra bags, that won’t fit in the bin, on top or right beside the bin.
