Crashes causing backups on I-75

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Crews are working to clear up two crashes that are slowing traffic on I-75.

One crash in Scott County involved at FedEx truck. According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, one of the trailers on the truck overturned on the southbound side near Mile Point 128. The center and slow lanes were blocked.

The accident happened at around 1:10 p.m. Tuesday.

The cabinet says crews are expected to have it cleaned up by 4 p.m.

Crews are also working to clean up a crash on I-75 southbound at Mile Point 104 in Fayette County. A large camper rolled over at around 1 p.m.

The cabinets says that crash should also be cleared at around 4 p.m.

There were no reports of injuries in those crashes.
