Semi slams into Anderson County fire station

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Part of a fire station on Anderson County is destroyed after a semi-truck slid off the road and hit it Tuesday morning.

It happened at Anderson County Fire Station 2 near Alton Station Road and Highway 151.

The fire station says the crash took out a large part of the fire station and has caused a gas leak.

No one was injured.

Another fire station is headed to the scene to bring equipment to shore up the walls.
