MetroPCS on Woodhill robbed, again
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Someone held-up the MetroPCS store on Woodhill Drive in Lexington Monday afternoon, which has been robbed several times recently, according to Lexington Police.
Investigators say shortly after 4:00 p.m., a man walked-in, said he wanted to buy a phone, but instead of pulling out his wallet, he pulled out a semiautomatic handgun, stole money out of the cash register and ran out.
Police say no one was hurt.
Investigators brought in K-9, but they say the dog never picked up the robber’s trail.
