Parts of Stanton without water

STANTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Some customers in Stanton are without water and broken pipes are to blame.

The Stanton Water District says several water pipe breaks in the Paint Creek area have caused water supply tanks to rapidly lose water.

City crews are said to be working around the clock to shut off meters in affected areas, and to restore service to those currently lacking in water or water pressure.
