Update: Troopers Say Argument Led To Rowan County Shooting
Troopers say an argument led to a shooting Thursday afternoon in Rowan County.
State Police say Jamie Minix is in critical condition at UK Hospital after he was shot on Dry Creek Road in Clearfield.
Troopers say it happened during an argument between Minix and Craig Doscher.
Doscher is in jail charged with assault.
