Clay County Man Killed In Lawn Mower Accident

State Police said drugs and alcohol were suspected in a lawn mower accident that killed a Clay County man on Thursday.

Investigators said John Campbell, 49, of Manchester, was operating a Grass Hopper Zero turn lawn mower along Slacker Road when the mower traveled over an embankment and trapped Campbell underneath.

Campbell was pronounced dead at the scene.
