Somber Anniversary In Clay City

It was exactly 5 years ago that Police Chief Randy Lacy was shot to death.

The Chief was shot in the head in his cruiser while taking Jamie Barnett to jail.

Barnett eventually accepted a plea deal and received life in prison.

He’s eligible for parole in 14 years.
