LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The basketball Cats will tip it up with Monmouth at Madison Square Garden Saturday at noon on ESPNU.

Kentucky is still learning and growing this season trying to battle early to get to a good spot.

It’s happened plenty of times before with Cal coaching young guys.  Think about the struggles the John Wall, Eric Bledsoe, DeMarcus Cousins team faced.

The good news?  This team wants it.
