KY Teen Places Wreath On Tomb Of The Unknowns
A Richmond teen was awarded a rare privilege Monday.
Matthew Hall, a senior at Madison Central High School, placed a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery’s "Tomb of the Unknowns."
Hall was chosen by lottery among delegates of the American Legion Boys Nation Program.
The program gives members hands-on education in national politics and legislative process.
Hall was just one of two chosen for the honor.
