LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – You gotta take people out.  Play the ball.  See the ball so you can’t be beaten off the dribble.

That’s what Coach Cal had to say about UK’s defense following the Blue-White game.

This young team just isn’t there yet defensively.  It isn’t much of anything right now really except athletic and skilled.

The refinery that is Lexington will work its magic at some point.

Until then, it’s just Cal preaching to his team to do some basic things to be successful on “D.”
