Shoplifting call leads to drug arrest

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman accused of shoplifting from a store near Corbin Tuesday afternoon was also charged with drug possession, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say 43-year old Lisa Brock, of Keavy, tried to steal merchandise from a Walmart.  During her arrest, they say they found drugs and drug paraphernalia on her, which led to additional charges.

She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
