Man Found Severely Injured At Vacant Home
Police are trying to piece together what happened to a man found critically injured in a vacant home in Lexington.
The unidentified man was found Monday afternoon in a boarded up home in the 400 block of Georgetown Street.
Police said the man had life-threatening injuries.
However, they said they aren’t sure how he got the injuries.
They said the injuries could be from an assault or a fall.
The man was taken to the University of Kentucky hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
