Martine’s Pastries

Martine Holzman, owner of Martine’s Pastries joined us today to talk about her local business which specializes in cakes, wedding cakes and an abundance of different pastries. Martine and her team make and decorate all the cakes and pastries by hand. She opened up the bakery with the help of her husband, Jim Holzman, back in 1999.
